Survey shows most tenants not in favour of second stage transfer. & Right to buy group demand moratorium on bills

South West Area Tenant Controlled Housing (SWATCH) have carried out a survey showing more than half the tenants surveyed (Penelee, Cardonald) are not in favour of second stage transfer. Tenants see the transfer as detrimental to their concerns and will leading to more fragmentation

Also . A Glasgow wide group "Right to Buy" will meet with Michael Lennon sometime in the week of 31 July. The group will demand a moratorium on all bills and legal cases until an independent investigation is carried out concerning the "Glasgow home improvement" scheme.
